Tweed Blooms – Deliveries and Returns
Items purchased online from Tweed Blooms can be collected free of charge from our shop during opening hours:

We also offer a local hand-delivery service within a 7-mile radius of our shop from Wednesday to Friday.
Delivery Prices:
At checkout, please select the appropriate delivery option:
- Peebles (EH45): £3.50
- EH44: £6.00
If your delivery address falls outside these areas but within our 7-mile radius, please contact us directly to discuss availability and pricing.
Delivery Terms:
- Deliveries take place between 8.30am and 6pm. We cannot guarantee specific delivery times.
- Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, with additional days possibly available during peak periods such as Mother's Day or Valentine's Day.
- Wedding and funeral arrangements will have bespoke delivery arrangements discussed directly with customers.
Please ensure the delivery address provided is complete and accurate; we cannot accept responsibility for incorrectly delivered items due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
We recommend checking if the recipient will be available on the chosen delivery date. If the recipient is unavailable, we will attempt to leave the item in a secure location or with a neighbour and notify the recipient. If this is not possible, the item will be returned to our shop, and the recipient can arrange collection. Redelivery attempts will incur an additional delivery charge.
Providing a recipient’s contact phone number can help ensure smooth delivery; we will only use it if essential.
- To make changes to your order, please contact us promptly at info@tweedblooms.co.uk or call us quoting your order number. Changes cannot be made after 12 noon on the selected delivery day or once the order has left the shop.
Returns:
Fresh Items
We guarantee freshness for 5 days for all our flowers and plants, provided care instructions have been followed. Due to their nature, fresh items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged. Please notify us within 5 days with images of the issue at info@tweedblooms.co.uk for review, after which we may offer a replacement or refund.
Other Items
If you change your mind, non-perishable items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on gift vouchers, customised items, special orders, or workshop bookings.

Please package items securely and consider insuring your return postage. We cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged during transit.
Upon receiving the returned item in acceptable condition, we will issue a refund via your original payment method. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or poor-quality non-perishable item, notify us within 24 hours of receipt with images at info@tweedblooms.co.uk for review. A replacement or refund will be issued accordingly.
